Beate Ritter
The Austrian soprano
first completed her musical theatre training at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, followed by engagements at festivals (including Eponine in ‘Les Misérables’ at the Steyr Music Festival in 2007, Audrey in ‘Little Shop of Horrors’ at the Bad Hall Municipal Theatre in 2007).
Beate Ritter, a new member of the ensemble from the Vienna Volksoper, made her debut in the house and in the role with a great deal of passion between lover and rebel and a balanced, first-class vocal performance, winning many hearts straight away and achieving the greatest audience acclaim of the performance.
